My first thought when i heard the Battalion shipped to L.A. was from WA State was~ There are a LOT of Immigrant Farm Labor Workers & Families in WA. Those soldiers went to school and grew up with them❗️

SO GLAD to hear they realize UnCONSTITUTIONAL Orders when they hear them.

There may be HOPE for HUMANITY, yet!

Time for vets who have been exploited, betrayed and lied to by this government to speak out. They have seen up close the con game that is the US government.

And they get intentionally BURIED in the Media. Once the Hero Darlings fraud is timed-out, their PEACE Pleas are “Insurgency.”

There is every plan of Israelization of USA. Especially all unConstitutional military Intel agencies after 9/11. Homeland security, and others. Especially ICE, are all Isreal models. The national security State in defiance of the Constitution with the creation of Pentagon CIA FBI NSA and etc. paved the way for false flag 9/11 and the seemingly Israelization of USA

Isreal NATO US and British Intel architects of Gaza have every intention of bringing it to USA

All right. I'll go to one of those No Kings things at a local Barnes & Nobles. Pity I don't have a Palestinian flag. I do have a Betsy Ross US flag and a modified Gadsden flag that says Don't Tread On Us.

Decisions, decisions.

Hey, make a sign calling out our role in the Gaza genocide. I'll have two signs: "Bombs Off Gaza" and "GOP & Dems (heart with a bullet hole in it) WAR" and maybe a third on the backside of the second.

Disagree about your advice to just bring a sign about Gaza to these No Kings events. This clearly IS just a Democratic party-orchestrated performative "protest", and once again, Gaza be damned. Given that Gaza is THE most important issue IN THE WORLD right now, and that the US is completely responsible for it, its absence as a CENTERPIECE in these events is absolutely, totally, completely, 100% unforgivable. Democrats are saying, no to Trump and yes to genocide, mass murder, mass enforced starvation, bombing of hospitals to smithereens, shooting children in the head, etc., etc. All I can say is SHAME!!

He DID it~ And with very interesting SOLIDARITY RESULTS❗️

EVEN Trump Voters didn't vote for a DICTATORSHIP. Ask those who went to DC for J6. Most were Middle Class Small Business Owners screwed over by Corporate TotalitarianFascist GREED. ALL IGNORED by ZionDon, like one of his Teen-Rape Victims, as soon as he'd had his way with them.

Bob, I'm sure the orphaned, maimed and traumatized children of Gaza will appreciate your absence and silence.

Mark, not sure what your point is. Who said anything about silence? I have been very, very vocal about the Gaza issue, as you can see. That is why I am calling out the Democratic Party-run non-anti-genocide (meaning pro-genocide) marches. The last time around, during the Hands Off (also Democratic Party) protests, there was a separate anti-genocide protest in DC that, if I lived there or near there, I would have participated in. Carrying one sign about Gaza in a march that has nothing to do with Gaza doesn't do anything, in my opinion.

Read and address the points I raise in my post and my earlier response: Take Gaza to No Kings.

One sign is better than none and if hundreds -- or thousands -- did the same it would insert the issue into the demonstrations.

As I point out in the post: "The time for petty partisan squabbling, leftwing political litmus testing and sniffy woke virtue signaling is over."

Show up. Speak out in any venue you can. If you have a separate Gaza protest near you, great, go to it. But if you don't have an alternative to a 'No Kings' demo then take Gaza to it. Or betray the dead and suffering children of Gaza. Those children shouldn't be ignored because the Democrats hurt our feelings.

Fuck it . Speak for the children ... TAKE GAZA TO 'NO KINGS'.

"Because the Democrats hurt our feelings?" Supporting genocide is not about our feelings. It is THE greatest crime. Democrats fully support the slaughter of innocents just because they're brown, which is despicable and unforgivable. I don't want to congregate with such people. Would I go to a march with Nazis? By supporting blatant, live-streamed genocide, Democrats are as bad as Nazis. No thanks.

Would you have the courage to picket Nazis or just stay at home and grumble?

If you chose not to take Gaza to No Kings, okay. But it's a betrayal of the kids of Gaza.

How is it a betrayal of Gaza? Please enlighten me. Because I'm not holding one sign? Please. I'm supporting Gaza relief efforts--are you doing that? I'm posting here on Substack about Gaza constantly--are you doing that? I'm emailing and calling by senators and representative nearly daily about the genocide--are you doing that? As to picketing against liberal Democrats who support mass murder, unfortunatelyit won't do any good. Holding signs is performative--it never changes anything. Hard to know what to do when you're not living in a democratic society, but holding signs is about as useless as it gets. It's a pointless feel-good exercise.

"Whatever the make-up of the ‘No Kings’ day organizers, there are going to be millions on the streets tomorrow protesting Trump’s fascism."

I disagree. The core assumption of a protest is causing disruption and discomfort for those responsible. It's not just showing up with the particular flavor of your negging, blanketing landscape and diluting the urgency.

Moreover what leverage do these protests wield?

You're out there on God damn Saturday, far away from lawmaking centers not even on a day they'd need to confront you.

You're LARPING demonstration. Who are you boasting about the great turnout to? Each other? Who the fuck cares, you caused no disruption. What was the message? No kings?? What the fuck does that mean, you generally don't like stuff? Or your own flavor was a singular subject in a sea of signs. That's not a protest, that's navel gazing.

Protests rely on the disruptive capacity: the power to disrupt the routine of the economic and political elite. There was none of that, and the reason was because it was ORGANIZED by the NGOs that get their marching orders from the political elite!

It simply sucked the air out of frustration, prevented the pot from boiling over, which it was designed to do.

Why it matters is that it resulted in net loss of time, resources, attention and ENERGY that should've been spent by kicking the doors in at the capitol while they are in session.
