“Government spying is rampant in the U.S., and the feds regularly engage in it as part of law enforcement's well-known antipathy to the Fourth Amendment."
- The last Judging Freedom video to post was Wed Aug 14 with Aaron Mate.
- A one week suspension suggests nothing more will post on Youtube until Wed Aug 21, earliest.
- Since the last permitted post on Wed Aug 14, Judge Nap has done 7 more interviews that are available on Rumble and Twitter: Douglas MacGregor, Phil Giraldi, Dr. Doctorow, Chas Freeman, John Mearsheimer, Max Blumenthal, and a roundtable with Johnson & McGovern. All are excellent and well worth tracking down.
- I re-watched the Pepe interview that supposedly caused this problem. (It has been removed from Youtube but is on Rumble.) The discussion seemed completely routine. I am at a loss to understand what could have triggered a censure like this. Doesn't Youtube have to say? Anything at all? It's disturbing.
Thanks for the update. From what I understand when You Tube bans or demonitize they give little to no information/reasoning. I agree with your take on the Pepe interview. It's all beyond disturbing. It's tyrannical. Thank the gods for Rumble. Hope they stand strong.
Similar(ish) story with Greenwald. I usually listen to a rebroadcast of his System Update show in the morning following broadcast on Spotify. It didn't appear in my Spotify listings for most of last week but this morning Friday 's program (guest hosted by Michael Tracey) appeared.
The last Glenn-hosted program I got (Monday, maybe? 8/12?) I think featured Dr. Mearshimer. Odd goings on, friends.
Guess we're gonna have to quit listening to some of these ideas and get on board with Brat boss & the jokey coach's vibe tour?
Additionally Richard Medhurst was arrested departing a plane in GB and held for 24 hours in abominable conditions. All his electronics were seized. As we know , Richard is one of media’s strongest proponents for Palestine.
CENSORSHIP: A Glimmer Of Good News About The Bad News Of Suppression Of Speech
The corporate fascist powers that run the West are feeling a little unsettled. A little nervous. A tad goosey. There is a dawning awareness their power may not be as assured as they have assumed.
Tucker, because of his popularity, clout, brand recognition, and journalistic principles should partner with a platform like Rumble to provide a dedicated channel comprised of podcast slots, with his show anchoring the channel. Or, Rumble should simply create and actively promote a channel for the many alternative yet highly credible news providers that would bundle and make accessing such non-corporate, non-mainstream information easier for people interested in actual, unadulterated news. The mainstream media and its deep state directed quasi journalism may be dying, but we as a once free people need to help asphyxiate what's left of it before what remains of our natural rights and constitutionally protected freedoms are further eroded.
Agreed. In a corrupt, evil system the last thing that can be tolerated is freedom of information and debate. With every strong arm act of suppression taken, they prove how doddering, weak and irrelevant they are.
Napolitano and I were classmates in college. I was an SDSer, and he was an active opponent of everything we did. We thought of him as a total 'reactionary;' probably accused him of being a Fascist. He was, of course, what he clearly remains today, a (strict?) Libertarian. The irony is that now the so-called 'liberals' are leading the censorship charge, trying to silence anybody/everybody who refuses to follow the narrative of Wall Street, The Pentagon, Big Pharma, ................. I wonder about the judge's take on Project 2025, the long awaited culmination of the Libertarian movement's long, patient and sometimes convoluted history as described in Nancy MacLean's 'Democracy in Chains.'
Freedom of speech only exists if you push the established narrative. Everyone else is publishing "hate speech" or "conspiracy theories" and must be cancelled.
Thanks for the update. I saw that interview with Pepe and there was NOTHING out of line about it. As usual, Pepe was well informed and brought information and perspective that needs to be part of civic debate.
The segment was cancelled because — as with all bullies — the corporate state is afraid.
You can still go to his website to get interviews, but it does appear that something’s going on with YouTube and the Judge. Check out Gerald Celente, see if he’s getting the same treatment. Napolitano’s podcast is too popular to be suddenly “shut down,” but, if that’s the case, it shows the hand of State-sponsored Censorship.
Think the point was that he seems to have been prevented from uploading RECENTLY. His previous content has not been scrubbed ..or at least that we know
My YouTube feed now has absolutely no Napolitano links showing up, despite my having long been a regular viewer -- most episodes every week. Still no mention in mainstream media.
The deep state that does not believe in the Constitution is running rampant. People cannot be silenced, their voices will be heard one way or another. Many tyrants have tried this tactic and failed, but fools never learn. They will continue their illegal actions, but the people will be heard. The truth is always known, it cannot be denied or erased. Power to freedom and liberty.
The Judge is back on YouTube after the 7-day ban. You can see his interview with Col. McGregregor with a short comment by him on the ban at the end of the video. He is nicer to YouTube than I would be: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VAvls_UAdlg
Restored on YouTube. Judge Napolitano is someone who knows the legislation and can fight back. Seems YouTube have recognised their legal limitations with this one

Hmm . Did not see any videos on the judges channel in rumble this week. Do you have a link?
There are multiple pages on rumble for Judging Freedom, most of them are old / inactive. Try this one:

Hi Mark:
Additionally Richard Medhurst was arrested departing a plane in GB and held for 24 hours in abominable conditions. All his electronics were seized. As we know , Richard is one of media’s strongest proponents for Palestine.
As is the Judge. And Scott.
No secret what the fuck’s goin’ on here.
Absolutely, check the post I just put up:

As Joe Strummer said,
Know your rights!
You have the right to free speech
Providing of course, you're not dumb enough to actually try it!

I still see him in Italy.
How about readers in other countries? Can you view current/recent 'Judging Freedom' episodes? Is this just happening in the United States?
This whole thing is as weird as the Republicans ... and the Democrats.
I am in France and can't get anything new on the Judge.
Thanks for update.
Others?
A reader in the Netherlands reports access.
How new is new?
No Judging Freedom in New Zealand either ☹️
The channel is still there. It’s been slapped with a one-week ban on publishing new videos.
Thanks for the update. Let us know if you learn more.

Keep yourself informed.
Speak up.
Resist.
Scroll down for Carina’s update in a reply to my comment.
On YouTube?!
Yes
Do you see any videos uploaded this week? I don't.

Bravo !!!
I just searched on his name and found a ton of stuff on youtube.
Is it recent material from late last week, or episodes from weeks or months ago?
No idea.
Think the point was that he seems to have been prevented from uploading RECENTLY. His previous content has not been scrubbed ..or at least that we know

I continue to get Judging Freedom via subscription on YouTube.
It was a one-week ban that ended on Wednesday. My YouTube feed is back to normal.
Just wait. He'll get banned again. I think you get three strikes then you're out.
He is back. Saw him last night interviewing Martin Armstrong.

No, it was just a 7-day ban. See his comments at the end of today's interview with Col. McGregor: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VAvls_UAdlg
WHAT???!
