I've been studiously trying to avoid American politics, since I'm not American and I'm trying to reduce my screen time.

However, the DNC convention, and their response to the pro-Palestine demonstration outside -- with no Palestinian speakers at said convention -- was surreal.

Why everyone in the USA isn't vote third party, I can't fathom.

The whole uniparty Republocrat system is so corrupt. So dirty. So immoral. And I say that as a one-time county Democratic Party co-chair. I worked on campaigns, staffed the HQ, donated money and left in disillusionment and disgust.

I'm reading a great book on the corrupt two-party system, "Grand Illusion: The Myth of Voter Choice in a Two-Party Tyranny", written by Theresa Amato, twice Ralph Nader's campaign director. She's opening my jaundiced eyes to levels of anti-democratic, authoritarian aspects even I was naive to.

The American political system is dead. Activists need to take a whole different direction as our time runs out.

Beautiful cartoon. All jokes are riddles, Freud should have said that, simple as pie. Genz yes, good people, lettuce blame them. Naught but 50 of THEM have said to burn it down, i mean nought but 50 of gen Alpha have, because they have not sailed to curse like sailors.

How anyone can think it's a "joyful party" when children are being bombed, blown up, starved and are dying of disease in Gaza? The Dems only send out "evil vibes" in my opinion. Kick the baby-killers to the curb!

Well, hypocrisy does vibrate through the genocide party. It's the only 'vibe' I get from the psychopaths. Then there's the 'vibe' of their endless bombing of Palestinian refugees...

For the party of FDR -- who led us to victory against genocidal Nazis in WW II -- to now not just arm and defend genocidal ZioNazis who have taken over our government, but have become ZioNazis is despicable. It is one of the greatest betrayals and lowest scummy act of any political party in the nation's history.

Mark regarding this post… the portion of the story regarding polio. I’m concerned that Nikki Haley will be experiencing near fatal pangs of cognitive dissonance about this. On one hand, ‘Yay, yet another way of finishing the job.’ But on the other hand… Mark, what exactly would she sign or how would she leave her message of love and care as a mother …would she sign the dead bodies of the children? Should she hang posters by the festering pools of water in Gaza? This is a real conundrum. On another note… your cartoon of the day … I spat out my coffee onto my computer screen when I opened the article … is it an exercise drink? Bwahaha funny only because I’ve had people ask me what genocide is and then the professor … goddamn, just goddamn hahaha

Thanks, Brother!

I would hope the energy drink is glutin-free and all natural. After all, Democrats have very high standards, ya' know.

As for Nikki Haley, I think she should go sit in one of those pools of festering wastewater. Of course, she would make it even more foul, but she would be right at home.
