How You Can Use DeMOCKracy.ink

Whether from the right or left, Republican or Democrat and across the media and punditocracy, we hear constant lofty references to “American Democracy”. But the truth is – be it gerrymandering or the strangling grip of corporate money on the legislative process and the courts – the United States has long been a mockery of democracy.

DeMOCKracy.ink is an online warehouse of FREE ART for activists by Mark Taylor, a former newspaper cartoonist and freelance illustrator and, later, psychotherapist. 

DeMOCKracy.ink has a full and growing inventory of cartoons, illustrations and photos for use by truly progressive groups and individuals fighting for working people. You can grab a cartoon for a website, a photo for a press release or an illustration for an article at no cost. Several years ago a DeMOCKracy.ink cartoon even popped up on a protest sign in Paris!

While there is no charge for use of the artwork, I would like the website DeMOCKracy.ink to be credited so other engaged changemakers can find artwork to help their cause.
